They offered us absolutely nothing, nothing, nothing, not any kind of accommodation, nor apology, nor care nor concern, as far as they were concerned, just too bad. Then the guy had the audacity to offer us a second room for the same night at an exorbitant nightly rate that was even HIGHER than the cost of the FIRST INADEQUATE ROOM we already received. "We're not responsible for the third party listing!" (Yes they are, they directly manage their listings on this mainstream site, this is not some rogue/closeout/bulk site I used, and I confirmed repeatedly with the booking site, the room descriptions are provided verbatim by the hotel. "The room types are not guaranteed!" (yes they are, that's why you pay more for a nicer larger room.). The front desk person ducked all responsibility and gave us every excuse imaginable. We found this unacceptable because of the relationships within our group and I immediately called the front desk when we got into our room and the response was outrageous. Our confirmation email included the room type and also "Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 3." but the room we were given was only for 2 persons max and that's assuming the 2 people are sharing the same bad. We booked a last minute room at this hotel using a very common third party booking site and selected a suite that was to have "1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed" and paid EXTRA for this room, as compared to the cheaper rooms available at the hotel for that same night. We would would go back without a moment’s thought. They were always there to help with a smile and advise. I must mention the fantastic staff at the hotel, from the reception to all the lovely people that made our stay such a pleasure.

Plenty of parking for cars but we chose to use local taxis as finding parking at favourite spots is quite difficult.
TRIPADVISOR PAROS HOTELS PLUS
The breakfast has local and international goodies plus choice of eggs etc.Ī very good spa and an excellent in-house restaurant completes the resort. The rooms are big and airy with everything you need including coffee machine amenities a small terrace and WiFi etc. The large pool has plenty of lounges and umbrellas and we never had any problems finding a spot. We had asked for a couple of specific things and everything was as requested. The rooms/villas are scattered around immaculate grounds with mature trees, grass areas all beautifully kept.

The resort is located half way between Paros Airport and Parikoia the main town of Paros Island and two minute walk to a public but organised sandy beach. We stayed at the Yria Hotel the last week in June and I must say it was one of the most pleasurable and relaxing stay we had for a very long time.
