Implementation Services means the functions and services necessary to accomplish the transfer and implementation of the Designated Services to BNY Mellon, except (a) those functions and services identified in the Agreement as Voya’s (or Voya’s agents) responsibility and (b) any functions or responsibilities not specifically described in the Agreement as a Voya (or Voya agent) responsibility, but which are inherently required or necessary to be performed by Voya (or the Voya agent) for the proper performance of the Implementation Services. Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
SEAMLESS TRANSITION REGISTRATION
Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2). Transition Services Agreements means any agreements that receive the prior approval of the Commission between Respondents and an Acquirer to provide, at the option of the Acquirer, Transition Services (or training for an Acquirer to provide services for itself), necessary to transfer the Retail Fuel Assets to the Acquirer and to operate the Retail Fuel Outlet Businesses in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Order. A Service Session could run manually, as a self-service or fully automated.Ĭontract Transition Period means the 60-day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.īusiness Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time. Service Session means a sequence of support activities and tasks carried out remotely to collect further information by interview or by analysis of a Production System resulting in a list of recommendations.
Transition Date means, with respect to any Covered Employee, the date Acquiror commences providing benefits to such employee with respect to each New Plan. Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner and Transition means: 1) the formal and physical process of transferring from school to school or 2) the period of time in which a student moves from one school in the sending state to another school in the receiving state.
